Prestart Checklist


Mesh & Bar Pty Ltd has engaged a software developer to create an electronic pre-start check application.

This application links to a PLC to provide an electronic safety checklist that becomes part of the safety system of any fixed manufacturing plant. The system is designed to ensure that the pre-start checks are performed on the plant before allowing the operator to start the plant. This is done by adding the relay into the safety system of the plant in question.

The system is broken into two components.
